Is the All-Inclusive Fee mandatory?
Yes, pay directly to the resort at time of check-in.

What credit cards does the resort accept for the All-Inclusive fees?
American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Diner’s Club. (Diner’s Club will be charged in Pesos whereas the other three cards mentioned will be charged in US dollars). Debit cards may be used however you should contact your banking institution prior to arriving to authorize overseas transactions made using your debit card.

When will we receive a confirmation from the resort?
After your reservation request is emailed to the resort it will take anywhere between 1-3 business days to receive a confirmation. Once we receive your confirmation number we will email it to you.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time: All accommodations 3:00 pm.

Check-out time: Villas/Presidential Suites/Penthouse & Apartment Suites 11:30 am; Junior Suites 1:00 pm.
At check-out your wrist bands must be returned and you will be given a ticket to stay and enjoy the resort until 3:00 pm at which time tickets must be returned and you must depart from the Resort.

Can we check in early?
Early check-in time is 11:00 am with an extra cost of US$15.00 per person. If you would like to check-in before 11:00 am there is an additional cost of US$25.00 per person. Children 3-12 years receive 50% off the rate.

Can we stay in our accommodations later than check-out time?
Yes, but there are additional fees. Late check-out is requested at check-in and it is based on availability until 3pm.
Junior Suites: Every hour after 1:00 pm the rate is US$10.00 per hour / per unit.
Villas/Presidential Suites/Penthouse & Apartment Suites: Every hour after 11:30 am the rate is US$20.00 per hour / per unit.

Is WiFi available?
Yes, WIFI is available throughout the resorts for a fee. Free WIFI is available in designated VIP areas. Also, as our VIP guest you will have complimentary use of the computers in the VIP guest services office.

Who receives Ocean World tickets?
All Dominican Dream Vacations guests will each receive One Free admission pass to Ocean World ($65.00 value each).

Where is Ocean World and how do we get there?
Ocean World is within walking distance from the resort. The resort offers free round trip transportation with your complimentary admission pass.

Our flight does not leave until later in the day. Can we stay at the resort until time to depart for my flight?
To stay longer than 3:00 pm at the Resort, you must pay an extra cost of US$10.00 per hour / per person, but the final check-out time is 6:00 pm.

Do we need to arrange the transportation to the resort from Puerto Plata Airport?
No, we take care of that for you. We will need your party’s itinerary information with the total number of guests no later than 30 days before departure date. If your itinerary is given any later we cannot guarantee your transportation. Once we receive all information we will then be able to make arrangements for your complimentary transportation to the resort.

Do you take care of the transportation back to Puerto Plata Airport?
Yes, however, it is the guest responsibility to contact the VIP services transportation department at the resort no later than two days prior to departure. If this is not done in time the complimentary transportation cannot be guaranteed.

What airport should we fly into?
Puerto Plata Airport (POP) and Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) are the only airports that you will receive complimentary transportation to/from the Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Resorts. The airports are approximately 30 minutes from the resorts.

Does Dominican Dream Vacations accept credit cards?
Yes, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. We also accept payments through Paypal.

What if we don’t want to pay by Paypal or Credit Card?
We do accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, and American Express Travelers Checks, but no personal checks.

When should we make our flight arrangements?
Please DO NOT make flight arrangements until AFTER you receive your confirmation number from the resort. Dominican Dream Vacations cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred relating to flight arrangements.

Do we have to check in or out on any special day?
No. You can arrive and depart any day of the week. This makes it more affordable since certain days of the week are cheaper to fly.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. You will pay your rental rate to us, the all inclusive fee to the resort at time of check-in, and an entry fee of $10 each at the Puerto Plata airport. Note: For guests staying longer than 30 days duration, an exit fee of $25 per person is also charged at the airport. There are no additional service fees or taxes added to these rates. Please Note: ICE Disco and The Cellar are cash bars.

Are the rates per person?
The only rate that is per person is the All-Inclusive Fee.

Will we know what Villa # we will be getting?
No, Villas are allocated at time of check-in.

How far in advance should we book?
Villas and Presidential Suites are in high demand therefore book as far in advance as possible. It is advised to book at least six months in advance and for peak months up to a year in advance. We can always check on availability as they are constantly changing.

What are considered Peak Months?
January, February, March, April, July, and November. Please note, all Puerto Plata accommodations are unavailable from December 19th to January 2 as those holiday weeks are reserved for members only.

Are you a travel agent?
No, we are Chairmans Circle Club Affliates of LHVC.

Do you give discounts?
Yes, to our returning guests and longer stays (30+days).

Is there a fee for under occupancy?
No, accommodation rental prices are per unit.

Does the resort supply cribs, high chairs and cots?
Yes, you must let us know what you need and we will reserve either for you. There are no additional fees for this service.

Does the resort offer child care?
Yes, for a fee. Please include request in special instructions when making a reservation.

We might like to take an Excursion is there an office onsite?
Yes, there is a VIP Excursion office right on the premises.

Do Villas have ocean views?
Some do, but there are only a few and cannot be guaranteed. All Villas are allocated at time of check-in.

Do they supply safety deposit boxes?
Yes, for a small fee. Although the resort is secure, it’s always wise to rent a box to store your passports & valuables.

Does the resort have security?
Yes, security is located throughout the resort.

Is the water safe to drink?
Yes, all water supplied by the resort is safe, including ice cubes. The water directly from the faucet is not safe for human consumption.All suites and Villas are supplied with bottled water.

Are there washer and dryers for use within the resort?
No, but they do have laundry service available for a small fee.

Are the pools in the villas private?
Yes, all Villas have their own private pool.

Do we need to exchange US dollars into Pesos?
No, dollars are accepted everywhere.

Does the resort supply hair dryers and irons?
Yes, they are located in all suites and Villas.

Is there a gym?
Yes, there are two gyms for guest use. One at the main resort and one at the Executive Spa.

Do you get a personal cook for breakfast if you rent a suite?
No, this service is for Villa rentals only.

Will we receive a golf cart?
Only Villas rentals can receive a complimentary golf cart (based on availability!). For all other accommodations shuttle service is available throughout the resort.

Is the resort on the beach?
Yes, the resort is located right on Playa Cofresi (Cofresi Beach)

Is this a time share resort?
No, however the resort does have a Vacation Club. Sales presentations are not required.

Are pets allowed?

Can we rent a car?
Yes. National and Alamo Car Rentals Agency’s are located at the resort.

Can we park a rented car in the resort?
Yes, Villa rentals can park their car right at the Villa. All other accommodations have designated areas to park at their location.

Should we tip the staff?
This is a personal preference, but tipping is very much appreciated.

Do we need to bring beach towels?
No, the resort supplies beach towels. Guests will be provided with beach towel cards at checkin. Note: Guests may be charged an additional fee for each LOST towel card.

Does the resort serve top shelf liquor?
Yes, in all VIP areas.
